• Zoho: our billing and membership management system

• National Vetting Bureau (An Garda Síochána) for Garda Vetting applications
• Our professional advisors under obligations of confidentiality
• Regulatory and government bodies where required by law

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Membership records: for the duration of membership and 7 years thereafter
• Financial records: 7 years as required by Irish tax law
• Event booking records: 3 years following the event
• Email communications: 3 years from the date of communication
